Mr. Larry Kryske
Senior Partner Teacher

Before becoming a Senior Partner Teacher, Commander Lawrence (Larry) M. Kryske, U.S. Navy (Ret.), had more than thirty years of worldwide success leading and educating men and women. He has been a career naval officer, private school administrator at the largest private school in Arkansas, strategic planner, and president of Your Finest Hour Leadership Programs, a full-service leadership development business.

Mrs. Mary Connolly
Teacher

Mary Connolly has over 25 years experience in education, teaching the middle school and high school in Dallas private schools. Mrs. Connolly graduated from Centenary College of Louisiana with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and then attended University of Texas at Dallas for her Certification in Education. She earned a Master of Science in Science Education from Texas Woman's University. She has experience teaching a wide range of students from gifted and talented to those with learning differences.

Mrs. Ellen Lethe
Administrator and Teacher

Mrs. Lethe has experience in Elementary, Middle School, and Special Education. Mrs. Lethe received her B.S. in Education Curriculum & Instruction from Texas A&M University. She received her Masters in Education from the University of North Texas in Education Administration with Instructional Leadership Certification.

Mr. Milton Sweet
Mathematics Teacher

Mr. Sweet has taught math at both private and public schools. He especially enjoys it when a student's eyes light up after he has worked with them on a new math concept.

Mr. Randall Reiners
Chairman & Founder - Sometimes a Teacher

Mr. Reiners teaches real life skills, world context and other subjects as needed.

He has:

 

• A Master's degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (dean's list, and graduated in one year)

• A Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri (honors degree, top 10 student award, and dean's list)

• Dean's list at Iowa State University in Engineering

Yorktown intends to meld quality education with free market principles and accountability. When effectively realized, these ideas can work together to make significant improvements in American private and public education.
